Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking details will be provided according to the carrier used for your shipment.
If you do not receive a tracking number within 7 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@maisonpixel.com.


3. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by destination:

  • Europe: approximately 5–7 business days

  • International: approximately 7–10 business days

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination.

Maison Pixel has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please:

  2. Contact your local postal service or carrier, as packages may be held locally

  3. If marked as delivered, check with neighbors or building management

If your shipment appears lost or stuck in transit, please contact support@maisonpixel.com and we will assist you.


8. Unclaimed or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect the shipment, or refusal to pay customs fees, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
